Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. X Studio is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or being unclaimed at the delivery point, reshipping fees will apply.
