Where do you ship?
X Studio currently ships only within Turkey.
What are shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your purchase amount in Turkey. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real-time.
Return & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
How do I request a return?
Simply send us an email at info@xstudioofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards with 3D secure payment with PayTR. We also offer a 3,6,9 & 12 months installments plan.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS text as soon as your order has been shipped.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received anything within 24 hours, contact us directly.
